1. Scope & Booking
These Course Terms & Policies apply to live lessons and lesson packages purchased directly from Teacher Xiāo through this website or by direct arrangement. They do not replace the separate terms and policies that apply when a student books through Preply. A booking becomes confirmed when the lesson format, duration, schedule and price have been agreed and, where required, payment has been received.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on the website are the prices applicable to the selected package at the time of purchase. Package discounts are based on the number of lessons purchased. If a package is later cancelled after lessons have started, the completed lessons are recalculated using the package rate that corresponds to the number of completed lessons, as described in Section 6.
For group lessons, payment is due after the group and schedule have been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices on Preply may differ from the direct prices shown on this website because Preply has its own platform pricing, fees and commission structure. Preply bookings are subject to the terms and payment rules of Preply.
3. 1-on-1 Cancellations & Rescheduling
This section applies when a student wants to cancel, skip, or change the date or start time of a confirmed 1-on-1 lesson. Each cancellation or rescheduling request counts toward the student's monthly 1-on-1 cancellation allowance. The allowance is intended to give students reasonable flexibility while keeping a regular reserved time for the teacher. It does not create a separate package extension.
Monthly cancellation allowance: 1 lesson per month for students studying once a week, 2 lessons per month for twice a week, 3 lessons per month for three times a week, and 4 lessons per month for four times a week. For a custom weekly frequency, the allowance normally equals the agreed weekly frequency. Unused cancellation allowance does not carry over to the next month.
24+ hours before class: one cancellation or rescheduling request within the monthly allowance may be moved to another available time at no additional cost.
12 to 24 hours before class: if the request is still within the monthly allowance, 50% of the scheduled lesson time may be rescheduled. For example, a 60-minute lesson may be changed to a 30-minute lesson at a later time. The remaining 50% of the scheduled lesson time is treated as used and is not refundable.
Less than 12 hours before class: the lesson fee is non-refundable and the lesson cannot be rescheduled, even if the monthly allowance has not been used.
After the monthly allowance has been used: any additional cancellation or skipped lesson is charged in full and cannot be refunded or rescheduled, regardless of the notice given, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Rescheduling is always subject to the teacher's availability. If a student needs to change a lesson, the request should be made as early as possible.
4. Group Lessons
Students may report an absence from an individual group lesson at any time. An absence does not cancel the student's group package. The full lesson fee remains payable, the missed lesson cannot be rescheduled individually, and a class recording will be provided after the lesson when a recording is available.
Stopping a group package: if a student wants to cancel the remaining group package, the cancellation takes effect on the date the cancellation request is received. All group lessons that took place before that date are treated as used, whether the student attended or was absent. Previously missed lessons remain non-refundable, including where a recording was provided. Future lessons after the effective cancellation date are treated as unused and may be refunded according to Section 6, subject to applicable law.
5. Teacher Rescheduling
The teacher will provide at least 12 hours' notice of a reschedule whenever reasonably possible. If the teacher needs to reschedule with less than 12 hours' notice, one complimentary lesson will normally be provided, subject to exceptional circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
6. Package Cancellation & Refunds
If a package is cancelled after lessons have started, lessons already delivered are charged using the package discount tier that corresponds to the number of lessons already used. The remaining unused balance is then refunded, subject to applicable law.
The calculation works as follows: 1 to 9 used lessons are charged at the 5-lesson package rate; 10 to 19 used lessons are charged at the 10-lesson package rate; 20 or more used lessons are charged at the 20-lesson package rate. The rate is applied to all used lessons, not split into separate blocks.
For group packages, a lesson counts as used once the class has taken place, whether or not the student attended. A missed lesson is therefore included in the used-lesson calculation and is not refundable. If a recording was provided, the lesson is also treated as delivered.
Example: a 20 × 60-minute 1-on-1 package costs €440. If 11 lessons have been used, all 11 lessons are recalculated at the 10-lesson package rate of €25 per lesson, for a total of €275. The remaining €165 is refunded, subject to applicable law.
Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider.
7. Free Trial
The 30-minute trial lesson is free. A trial does not automatically create a recurring booking or paid package. Any future lessons require a separate confirmation.
8. Attendance, Late Arrival & No-Show
Students are expected to join on time and from a suitable learning environment. If a student arrives late, the lesson normally ends at the originally scheduled time. If a student does not attend, the applicable cancellation policy above applies.
9. Technical Problems
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, stable internet connection and access to the agreed teaching platform. If a technical problem on the teacher's side prevents the lesson from taking place, the lesson will be rescheduled or otherwise resolved at no additional cost. If the problem is on the student's side, the applicable lesson and cancellation rules remain in effect, except where the parties agree otherwise.
10. Platforms & Class Materials
Lessons may be delivered through ClassIn, Zoom, Preply, or another agreed platform. Teaching materials supplied by the teacher are for the student's personal educational use and may not be redistributed, resold or publicly uploaded without permission.
11. Class Recordings
Where a group recording is provided, it is intended for the enrolled students' personal learning use only. Recordings must not be shared publicly, sold, redistributed or used for commercial purposes.
12. Respectful Learning Environment
Students and the teacher are expected to communicate respectfully. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, threats, abusive behaviour or repeated disruption may result in the lesson or course being ended. Any refund or remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
13. Students Under 18
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking or provide the required consent. Parents or guardians remain responsible for the student's participation and contact information.
14. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer and applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 calendar days from the date of the service contract to exercise it. Specific legal rules and exceptions may apply to services that begin during this period or are fully performed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, and applicable law takes priority over these terms.
15. Privacy & Personal Information
Information submitted through booking, availability and payment forms is used to arrange lessons, communicate with students, process payments and provide the requested service. The website's separate Privacy Notice explains how personal data is collected, used, stored and shared. By submitting personal information, students should review that notice and any applicable consent requirements.
16. Changes & Exceptional Circumstances
Course schedules, platforms or lesson arrangements may occasionally need to change because of circumstances outside reasonable control. Where this happens, the teacher will communicate with the student and seek a reasonable solution. Nothing in this section limits mandatory legal rights.
17. Agreement
Before payment, the student must actively confirm that they have read and agree to these Course Terms & Policies. The applicable terms, package details, price and purchase confirmation should be retained by both parties.
Important: These terms are written for the website's direct lesson sales and are intended to reflect the consumer rules that apply to online services in Spain. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
1. 适用范围与预约
本课程条款与规则适用于通过本网站或直接联系王老师/Teacher Xiāo 购买的直播课程和课程套餐。如果通过 Preply 预约，则适用 Preply 的相关条款和付款规则，本规则不取代 Preply 的平台规则。课程形式、时长、时间和价格确认后，并在需要付款的情况下完成付款，课程预约即正式确认。
2. 价格与付款
网站显示的价格为购买时所选套餐适用的价格。套餐优惠根据购买的课程数量确定。如果套餐开始上课后取消，将按照第6条的规则，根据已经完成的课程数量对应的套餐优惠价重新计算。
多人课程通常在成班并确认上课时间后付款，除非双方另有书面约定。
Preply 上显示的价格可能与本网站直接购买的价格不同，因为 Preply 有自己的平台定价、费用和佣金机制。通过 Preply 预约的课程同时受 Preply 的相关条款和付款规则约束。
3. 1对1取消与改课
本条适用于学生需要取消、跳过或更改已经确认的1对1课程日期或开始时间的情况。每次取消或改课请求都会计入当月的1对1取消额度。这个额度是为了给学生合理的时间安排弹性，同时让老师能够保留固定的上课时间。取消额度不会自动延长整个套餐的有效期。
每月取消额度：每周1次课，每月可取消或改课1次；每周2次，每月2次；每周3次，每月3次；每周4次，每月4次。自定义每周频率通常按照双方确认的每周次数确定。未使用的取消额度不会累计到下个月。
提前24小时以上：在当月取消额度内提出的取消或改课，可免费改到老师有空的其他时间。
提前12至24小时：如果仍在当月取消额度内，可以改期原定课时的50%。例如，60分钟课程可以改为之后补30分钟，剩余50%的原定课时视为已使用，不退款。
少于12小时：课程费用不退，且不能改期，即使当月取消额度尚未用完。
超过当月取消额度后：当月额度已经用完后，额外取消或跳过的课程均按全额收费，不能退款，也不能改期，无论提前多久提出，但法律强制规定的权利除外。
所有改课都需要根据老师的时间安排确认。如需更改课程，建议尽早提出。
4. 多人课程
学生可以随时告知某一节多人课程缺席。缺席不会自动取消整个多人课程套餐。缺席课程仍按全额收费，不能针对个人补课。课程结束后，如有录课，会提供给参加该课程的学生。
取消整个多人课程套餐：如果学生希望取消剩余的多人课程套餐，取消从老师收到取消请求的当天起生效。在此日期之前已经进行的多人课程均视为已使用，无论学生是否参加。之前已经缺席的课程同样不能退款，如果已经提供录课，则也视为该课程已经提供。取消生效日期之后尚未进行的课程，按照第6条重新计算并处理剩余退款，但以适用法律为准。
5. 老师改课
如需改课，老师会在合理可行的情况下至少提前12小时通知。如老师在不足12小时内临时改课，通常会赠送一节课，但不可抗力等特殊情况以及法律规定的消费者权利除外。
6. 套餐取消与退款
套餐开始上课后取消，已经提供或已经使用的课程，会按照已经使用的课程数量对应的套餐优惠价重新计算，剩余未使用金额再退款，但以适用法律为准。
计算规则为：已使用1至9节，全部按照5节套餐的单节优惠价计算；已使用10至19节，全部按照10节套餐的单节优惠价计算；已使用20节或以上，全部按照20节套餐的单节优惠价计算。不会把已经使用的课程拆成不同套餐档位分别计算。
对于多人课程，只要课程已经进行，该节课就计入已使用课程，无论学生是否参加。之前缺席的课程同样计入已使用课程，不退款。如果已经提供录课，也视为该课程已经提供。
例如：20节60分钟1对1套餐价格为€440。如果已经使用11节，则11节全部按照10节套餐的优惠价€25/节计算，共€275，剩余€165退款，但以适用法律为准。
退款通常会原路退回原付款方式。实际到账时间可能取决于付款服务商。
7. 免费试听
30分钟试听课免费。试听不会自动产生后续固定课程或付费套餐；后续课程需要单独确认。
8. 出勤、迟到与缺席
学生应准时进入课堂，并确保有适合学习的环境。迟到时，课程通常仍在原定结束时间结束。缺席时按照上述请假规则处理。
9. 技术问题
学生应准备合适的设备、稳定的网络以及约定的教学平台。如果因老师一方的技术问题导致课程无法进行，会免费改期或以其他合理方式处理。如果问题来自学生一方，原则上按照相应的课程和请假规则处理，除非双方另有约定。
10. 教学平台与课程资料
课程可能使用 ClassIn、Zoom、Preply 或双方约定的其他平台。老师提供的教学资料仅供学生个人学习使用，未经许可不得公开上传、转售或传播。
11. 课程录音/录像
如果提供多人课程录课，仅限报名学生个人学习使用，不得公开分享、转售、传播或用于商业用途。
12. 学习环境与行为
学生和老师应保持尊重和适当的沟通。骚扰、歧视性言论、威胁、辱骂或持续扰乱课堂的行为可能导致课程终止。退款或剩余套餐金额将根据适用法律和具体情况处理。
13. 未成年人
18岁以下学生的课程应由家长或法定监护人购买或提供必要同意。家长/监护人对学生的参与以及联系方式负责。
14. 消费者法定权利
如果你属于消费者，并且适用法律赋予你撤回权，通常可以在服务合同成立后的14个自然日内行使撤回权。对于在该期间开始的服务或已经全部履行的服务，可能适用不同的法律规则和例外情况。本规则不限制适用法律规定的强制性消费者权利，适用法律优先于本规则。
15. 隐私与个人信息
学生通过预约、时间查询和付款表格提交的信息将用于安排课程、沟通、处理付款以及提供相关服务。网站单独的隐私政策会说明个人信息如何收集、使用、保存和共享。提交个人信息前，请阅读隐私政策以及适用的同意说明。
16. 变更与特殊情况
因合理无法控制的情况，课程时间、平台或安排可能需要调整。发生此类情况时，老师会及时沟通并尽量寻找合理解决方案。本条不限制任何法律强制规定的权利。
17. 同意
付款前，学生必须主动确认已阅读并同意本课程条款与规则。双方应保留适用版本的条款、套餐详情、价格和购买确认记录。
